Platina is a mid-rise residential community in the heart of Whitefield's tech corridor. Planned around cross-ventilated floor plates and deep balconies, its homes stay cool through Bangalore summers without touching the air-conditioning. The community was fully sold before structure completion.

The west elevation.
The west facade pairs white fibre-cement panels with wood-look aluminium screens that shield bedrooms from the harsh afternoon sun. Stacked balconies and a planted parapet give the tower its layered, residential character.
